RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All items purchased are final sale. Therefore, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, we will rectify any mistakes made on behalf of our company. If the item you received is deemed defective, your order is eligible for a return or exchange.  We thank you for understanding this policy!

FIT

We offer two different t-shirt cuts:

Women's cut, which is a semi-form fit and Unisex cut.

For Women's cut, semi-form fit, order true size for a semi-form fit. Size up for a looser fit.

Unisex cut runs true to size.

SHIPPING

10 to 14 business days.

$3.99 U.S. flat rate.

Free shipping for purchases of $49 and up.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

We sincerely apologize if you've experienced an error. Please notify us at queencollectionapparel@gmail.com and include your order number, name and email used when placing the order. Specify the problem and include a photograph showing the entire item and defect in your email.

If the item you received is then deemed defective, your order is eligible for a return or exchange and we will provide you with a 50% discount code for your next purchase. 

We will do our best to sort out these issues and make it right. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Due to variation in monitor settings, we make no guarantees regarding color matches of product.

Note that like-named colors used by or in various apparel manufacturers, brands, or styles (i.e. Black, Heather Black, Pink etc.) are not necessarily an exact shade match to each other or to any of our thread guide options.

Fabric colors represented on computer monitors, phone screens, and other devices may differ due to variations in device screens, resolution, color, tone or any other display settings.
